AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is a kind of widely running in a warehouse, dock, production workshop and other places of unmanned automatic carrier, is the representative of modern logistics technology equipment.Traditional material handling equipment assembly area is the use of artificial or drum, the form of the high cost, long construction period, after using the AGV greatly reduce the cost of the factory, greatly improve the working efficiency.In this project, the battery can be automatically handling, as well as the flexibility of production line.
Positioning accuracy of Automatic guided carts systems (AGC):
Requirements of the project: plus or minus 0.1 mm Operation: AGV stop accuracy of plus or minus 10 mm (accuracy related to the speed) positioning the reserved plus or minus 17 mm, through the initial positioning positioning device, precision can achieve plus or minus 2 mm.Through the cylinder and dowel secondary positioning, precision can achieve plus or minus 0.3 mm.
