Assembly robots  also clled Assembly robot arm are the core of flexible automation assembly systems. Assembly line robot arm are consisting of robotic operators, controllers, end actuators and sensing systems. The structure of the robot is horizontal joint type, Cartesian coordinate type, multi-joint type and cylindrical coordinate type. The controller usually adopts multi-CPU or multi-level computer system to realize motion control and motion programming. The end effector is suitable for different assembly objects And the design of a variety of hands and wrist, etc. Sensing system is used to obtain the information of the assembly robot  between the environment and the object of interaction.
